A5 & A4: Tintoretto Gesso, 250gsm. Printed on slightly hammered-textured paper,  to give it the feel of an original watercolour painting. 

Packaging:

Packaged with cello bag(biodegradable), backing, dated and signed with signature.

Please Note:

Prints include a 1/2 an inch white border around artwork.

REFUNDS

You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after the date you receive your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to p.cirefice@outlook.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.

 

RETURNS

If you receive your item, however, and then decide you want to return it please email me at p.cirefice@outlook.com, with the order number and/or invoice and let me know you’d like to return the item. I can then send instructions for returning order. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

Please note:

• The customer is fully responsible for the postage cost when returning an item (unless item is faulty or incorrect).
• I am not able to offer exchanges, unfortunately, only refunds on items.

 

In the very unlikely event the order arrives damaged, faulty or simply incorrect please do get in touch as soon as possible at p.cirefice@outlook.com so as we can resolve the issue!

If you’re purchasing this product as a gift for someone else, be sure to let me know in the “Add a Note” section at checkout, by simply writing “GIFT” and I will make sure to leave out the invoice with your order!

If the Gift is being sent directly to someone else, I can also write a custom message for you- so as the recipient knows who it’s from! To have a custom message included, make sure to submit the name of the recipient and your chosen message under the “Add a Note” section at checkout, along with the the word "GIFT".

I will be sure to include this into your order and remove all invoices!

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail within the UK.

Please be aware if shopping for Christmas Gifts: The Royal Mail service becomes increasingly strained during the month leading up to Christmas, there may be delays with your order during this time. Please factor in more of a lead time on dispatch estimates, or alternatively please consider upgrading shipping to 1st class to avoid delays.

Standard Shipping- 2nd Class (3-5 business days)

Express Shipping- 1st Class (1-2 business days)

 

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I am now offering Europe and International Shipping for select number of countries:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail as International Standard:

E.U/Europe: 5-7 business days

International: 7-10 business days

• ALL International Orders outside of the UK (including E.U) may be subject to custom fees and import taxes at the border. Customers/Buyers are fully responsible for these fees. Please be aware before purchasing!
• All shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and so are not a guarantee.
• Items still may be subject to delay due to COVID-19 and these delays are unfortunately out of my control.
• Shipping options are not provided with a tracking number.

 

DISPATCH TIME

When you place an order, please be aware that it can take between 2-4 business days to be prepared before being dispatched. Please factor this in as an addition to the shipping times.

As I am operating this business on a very small-scale, as a one-person-show, I am currently unable to guarantee any quicker dispatch time. But rest assured I will always endeavour to have your orders packaged and out the door as soon as I can possibly manage!
