SHIPPING UPDATE FOR CHRISTMAS '22:
Please be aware before placing an order with my shop, the Royal Mail will be running a series of strikes on 24th, 25th, 30th Nov and 1st Dec. This will unfortunately cause delays with orders, so please bear in mind and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!
If you are shopping for Christmas gifts this year, please consider placing your orders as early on in the month and upgrading postage to avoid any disappointment with delays! The Royal Mail service becomes increasingly strained during the holiday season and combined with the national strikes, this will only extend delivery estimated times, unfortunately! Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy period.
DOMESTIC UK SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail within the UK. The options for shipping are:
Standard Shipping- 2nd Class (3-5 business days)
Express Shipping- 1st Class (1-2 business days)
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I am now offering Europe and International Shipping for select number of countries:
All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail with International Standard post:
E.U/Europe: 5-7 business days
International: 7-10 business days
*PLEASE BE AWARE* ALL International Orders outside of the UK (including E.U) may be subject to Custom Fees and Import Taxes at the customs border. Customers/Buyers are fully responsible for these fees. Please be aware before purchasing!
Unfortunately, this shop is not currently able to collect any such fees. However, my ETSY store will be able to calculate and collect these fees for you, find the link here.

All shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and so are not a guarantee.
Items still may be subject to delay due to COVID-19 and these delays are unfortunately out of my control.
Shipping options are not provided with a tracking number.
When you place an order, please be aware that it can take between 2-4 working days to be prepared before being dispatched. Please factor this in as an addition to the shipping times. As I am operating this business on a very small-scale, as a one-woman show, I am currently unable to guarantee any quicker dispatch time. But rest assured I will always endeavour to have your orders packaged and out the door as soon as I can possibly manage!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after the date you receive your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.
If you receive your item, however, and then decide you want to return it please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the order number and/or invoice and let me know you’d like to return the item. I can then send instructions for returning order. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
Please note, however, the customer is fully responsible for the postage cost when returning an item(unless item is faulty or incorrect).
I am not able to offer exchanges, unfortunately, only refunds on items.
In the very unlikely event the order arrives damaged, faulty or simply incorrect please do get in touch as soon as possible at email@example.com so as we can resolve the issue!
