The printed illustration is from the Snowdonia/ Eryri collection of the Snowdon Massif, featuring the iconic Yr Wyddfa/ Snowdon, Wale's highest peak. Artwork based on many sketches and plen air studies from days out in the mounatins.

Things to consider with Enamelware:
- NOT dishwasher or Microwave safe.
- Please immediately dry after hand washing with mild soap, inside and out, to avoid any early on set rusting.
- Enamelware is sturdy like any dish-ware but please handle with care, as can easily dent or chip when knocked, dropped or mishandled.
- Enamel Mugs will eventually show signs of ware and tear like most enamelware.
Note from Manufacturer:
- Enamelware is made in China, and has been tested to show no traces of harmful metals, like lead, making it safe to use with consumables.
- Hand wash only and immediately dry thoroughly as rust spots may occur. This is an inherent characteristic of enamel mugs.
- Due to the hand-crafted nature of the Enamel mug each product will differ slightly and is expected to contain light defects such as dimples, colour blemishes and black dots. These are all classed as acceptable defects and should be considered before purchasing.
REFUNDS
You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after the date you receive your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to p.cirefice@outlook.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.
RETURNS
If you receive your item, however, and then decide you want to return it please email me at p.cirefice@outlook.com, with the order number and/or invoice and let me know you’d like to return the item. I can then send instructions for returning order. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
Please note:
- The customer is fully responsible for the postage cost when returning an item (unless item is faulty or incorrect).
- I am not able to offer exchanges, unfortunately, only refunds on items.
In the very unlikely event the order arrives damaged, faulty or simply incorrect please do get in touch as soon as possible at p.cirefice@outlook.com so as we can resolve the issue!

If you’re purchasing this product as a gift for someone else, be sure to let me know in the “Add a Note” section at checkout, by simply writing “GIFT” and I will make sure to leave out the invoice with your order!
If the Gift is being sent directly to someone else, I can also write a custom message for you- so as the recipient knows who it’s from! To have a custom message included, make sure to submit the name of the recipient and your chosen message under the “Add a Note” section at checkout, along with the the word "GIFT".

- All shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and so are not a guarantee.
- Items still may be subject to delay due to on-going disputes within Royal Mail, as well as the build up towards Christmas and these delays are unfortunately out of my control.
- Shipping options are not provided with a tracking number.
DISPATCH TIME
When you place an order, please be aware that it can take between 2-4 business days to be prepared before being dispatched. Please factor this in as an addition to the shipping times.
As I am operating this business on a very small-scale, as a one-woman show, I am currently unable to guarantee any quicker dispatch time. But rest assured I will always endeavour to have your orders packaged and out the door as soon as I can possibly manage!
